Wash Care: All garments are to be gently hand washed with the use of mild soap. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry, dry flat.
First wash - please wash separately, as some colors can give off a bit of dye during the first wash.

This yarn is hand-dyed in small batches, hence small colour variations can occur from lot to lot. Dye lots will be matched where possible if you buy more yarns than we have in the same dye lot. But it is always amazing how the yarn webs and flows through the different colour variations! It is recommended buying enough yarn to complete a project and to alternate skeins every few rows to give an overall blended effect.

Colors shown may be slightly different from the actual colors, this is due to different screens and lighting when photos were taken.

Check the Label: Always read the care instructions on the yarn label, as different fibers require different treatment. Some yarns are machine washable, while others need gentle hand washing.

Hand Wash: For delicate fibers like wool or alpaca, hand wash in cool or lukewarm water with a mild, wool-friendly detergent. Avoid wringing or twisting the yarn, as this can distort its shape.

Machine Wash: If the yarn is machine washable (usually marked on the label), use a gentle cycle in cold water to avoid shrinking or felting. Place the item in a mesh laundry bag for extra protection.

Air Drying: Lay your finished item flat on a clean towel to air dry. Reshape the garment to its original dimensions to maintain its fit. Avoid hanging it, as this can cause stretching.

Avoid Heat: Never tumble dry your yarn items or expose them to direct heat (like radiators or direct sunlight), as heat can damage the fibers and cause them to lose their softness or shrink.
